Overlooking a stunning sea view and the airport, this apartment was transformed from a dull, two-story commercial space into a bright, open-concept home.
The entire layout was reimagined, with spaces on both floors redesigned for a seamless flow. A traditional concrete staircase, once hidden away, was removed and replaced with a striking central steel staircase, anchoring the entrance and drawing natural light from a skylight above.
Inspired by the client's love for nature, light, and understated elegance, the design embraces a calm, earthy palette. Soft neutrals, complemented by subtle hints of yellow, breathe warmth and life into what was once a lifeless space.
